A profession with a path forward.
Hairdressing is too often practised without a contract, funded training or a clear career path. Escadrille is built on the opposite principle.
What the House owes you
A contract and formal employment
Every hire comes with a written contract and the applicable employment formalities. The framework is clear from the moment you join the House.
A clear career path
From the outset, you know what is required for the next level, who assesses it and when.
Paid training
Academy hours are paid working time. Our target is four hours per person, per month.
Meaningful assessment
Every assessment includes structured feedback. Where further progress is needed, a development plan and review date are agreed.
A workplace designed to protect you
Gloves, ventilation, adjustable seating, workstation rotation and breaks after long services: health and ergonomics are built into the way we work.
The right to stop
Anyone, at any level, may stop a service immediately for a safety reason without having to justify the decision in the moment.
Career progression is earned through mastery
Career progression is based on explicit criteria: technical mastery, quality of service, reliability and the ability to pass on knowledge. Level changes are reviewed collectively within a defined assessment framework.
Two candidates who meet the standard are both promoted, even if only one role is currently available. A level certifies professional maturity; it does not allocate a chair.
These timeframes make a professional eligible for assessment. They never confer an automatic right to a level.

How to apply
Tell us about your experience, the services you have mastered and the skills you want to develop. Every application receives a response.
A paid practical trial forms part of the process. We never ask candidates to work for free.
