Level & qualification
The level
Four levels, identified by rank stripes, structure professional progression. Each reflects a degree of technical mastery, autonomy and responsibility assessed against the House standards.
The qualification
A qualification authorises a specific service. It is earned through assessment, maintained over time and suspended immediately after an incident pending reassessment.
A senior level never grants a qualification that has not been formally earned.
Every service is entrusted exclusively to a professional holding the corresponding qualification.
