Consultation
We assess the hair fibre, scalp and chemical history before committing to a result. If your objective requires several sessions, we tell you before the first one.
Pre-service testing
Colouring and relaxing require a sensitivity test 48 hours in advance. When the hair history is unknown, we also perform a strand test.
Flight Record
Products used, observed reactions and results are recorded so that your next visit begins with a reliable history, not guesswork.
We may decline a transformation
If a requested service could cause lasting damage, if a required test is not valid, or if the desired result is unrealistic in a single session, we recommend a safer approach.
When hair health or the quality of the result requires it, we would rather postpone, adapt or rethink a service than compromise the outcome.
