Two distinct measures. Miles can be redeemed as discounts. Flight Points are never spent: they reflect your visits over twelve months and determine your status.
Miles
You earn 1 Mile for every 100 FCFA paid. 1 Mile equals 1 FCFA in discount value. From 1,000 Miles, you may redeem them against a service for up to 20% of its value. You continue earning Miles on the balance paid.
Miles expire after 24 months without an eligible visit. Any new eligible visit extends the expiry date of your entire balance. We notify you 60 days and again 15 days beforehand.
Flight Points
One paid eligible visit earns 1 Flight Point. Spending 20,000 FCFA or more adds one point, and 40,000 FCFA or more adds a second. Only points earned during the previous twelve months count towards status.
Why reward visits rather than spending alone? Because meaningful loyalty is built on consistency. Regular visits matter more than a single high-value appointment once a year.
Four status levels
Benefits never come at someone else’s expense
A higher status never displaces another client’s confirmed appointment, waives a safety test or allows a service to be performed by someone without the required qualification.
Complimentary, with no commitment
Membership is complimentary and can be cancelled at any time from your account. We do not sell or transfer your personal data. Marketing consent is separate from membership: declining offers does not affect your Miles or status.
