Before your visit
Colour and relaxer services require a sensitivity test 48 hours beforehand, unless we already have a valid test for you from the last six months. The test takes ten minutes and is complimentary.
If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled to preserve the quality of your appointment and those that follow.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking. Walk-ins are welcome when a genuine opening is available, without affecting confirmed appointments.
May I bring my own extensions?
Yes. Extensions and wigs are never included in the service price and are priced separately.
How can I pay?
Cash, card and mobile money. A receipt is always provided.
Do you welcome men?
Yes. Escadrille welcomes women and men. Short appointments are reserved for men during off-peak hours.
And children?
Yes, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. No chemical processing service is performed on a minor.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge. After three missed appointments within twelve months, future bookings require a deposit.
