We define your desired result precisely, based on your expectations and, if you wish, a reference image.
What is achievable
We explain what can realistically be achieved with your hair today, either in one appointment or through a carefully planned series of steps.
The stages and timing
What will happen, in what order, and when you can expect to leave.
The price
The service price is confirmed before we begin. Any potential supplement is identified, explained and subject to your approval in advance.
Limits and tests
Any relevant risks, a sensitivity test where required, and a strand test when your hair history calls for one.
Your approval
You approve what has just been set out. Only then does the service begin.
What it changes for you
- No surprises at checkout. A supplement that was not agreed in advance is not charged.
- A clearly defined result against which the finished service can be assessed.
- A timeframe you can plan your day around.
- An appropriate alternative when the requested service cannot be performed under the right conditions.
- A written record should anything go wrong.
The Flight Log
At every visit, we record what was done, the products used and how your hair responded. Your professional reviews it before every appointment, even when you are seeing someone different.
This allows us to continue precisely where we left off and avoid repeating a product that did not suit your hair. You can access your Flight Log from your account.
Our commitment to the agreed result
If the result does not match the approved Flight Plan, we will offer a complimentary correction within seven days, subject to the conditions applicable to the service.
We never exchange a goodwill gesture for an online review.
